At Yoga-Xen in North Cray, Sidcup — close to Bexley and Swanley — you’ll find a warm welcome, small class sizes (no more than ten students), and ample free parking to make your visit easy.

If you’ve always wanted to try yoga but didn’t know where to start, these Beginners Only classes are designed just for you. I focus on the basics — simple postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation — so you can build a strong foundation without feeling out of your depth.

You won’t find pressure to achieve strenuous poses. Instead, you’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and progress at your own pace.
