No need to sign up for a course, pay per class when attending. 

Classes start at 10.00am 90 minutes

A gentle unwind, Beginners Welcome

 

Mondays   2nd  9th  16th   23rd       10.00 to 11.30

Tuesdays   3rd  10th  17th  24th      10.00 to 11.30   

Tuesday Evenings                               19.15 to  20.45

Fridays        6th  13th   20th 27th     10.00  to 11.30 

 

* PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO TUESDAY 3RD MORNING CLASS, BUT THE EVENING CLASS ON THE 3RD WILL BE RUNNING AS USUAL*

 

 

Because this time of the year icy roads can be hazardous the class may be cancelled on the day. If that has to be I will send a message, and on here by 8.00am on the day
