My Yoga Classes are designed for all, from those who are new to yoga, to the more experienced. I structure my class so everyone can join in. Focusing on basic postures and breathing techniques, building a strong foundation as you progress further. I promote and teach good alignment rather than strenuous poses.

It is your own personal journey through yoga and I aim to make it a fun and happy experience for you

Meditation

Meditation cannot be taught, but I can give you the tools to find and cultivate your own inner peace.

I regularly take you through a guided meditation that will promote relaxation and mental clarity.

Meditation once found, can provide a sanctuary for self-reflection, allowing participants to find self love and balance.
