Dear Friends, having just returned from a wonderful break at The Shanticentre in Italy (go to Shanticentrewebsite and you can access facebook photos, find link on my contacts page) I have been encouraged to arrange a long weekend with Stephanie Shanti and myself teaching. This will be the 8,9,10, June 2012
Plus a full week of my teaching 3 to 9 September 2012 the classes will be a morning Hatha Yoga session and late afternoon interesting Yoga workshop style class. Of course there will be outings, and the beach, and the barbecue to fit in as well. Such Hardship!!
